Hey, I’m Morgan.

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern passionate about helping young adult women live more abundant lives.

My Approach

Young adulthood brings many new insights, transitions, and challenges as you are faced with the task of deciding who you are and who you want to be. Many of these adjustments can be painful and bring to light issues that you’ve never noticed before. Whether it’s troubling family history, current relational wounds, or other struggles like anxiety, my therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that you deserve a space to show up exactly as you are. I have experience helping individuals who have experienced trauma, sexuality exploration, life transitions, relational problems, and a wide range of other mental health struggles.

In my practice, I utilize a variety of modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based techniques, and tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS). I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each client, with the primary goal of an inclusive and affirmative environment in mind.

I see therapy as a supportive relationship where we can collaborate to find a new way forward together. We all deserve to have a compassionate witness to our stories and I'd love to be that witness for you. If you have any questions about therapy, I'd love to speak with you and determine if I'm the right therapist for you!
